The storm arrived on Monday evening, March 13, and has continued into Tuesday, March 14, bringing steady rain and even snowfall in the areas of the state north of the I-84 corridor.

Many of the municipalities most affected by power outages are in Northwestern Connecticut in Litchfield County and Western Hartford County.
